We have now had the insurance give us a go on the repairs.
Parts will be ordered this morning and are 3 weeks away from delivery.. This can change daily due to conditions overseas.
The repair time on this vehicle is 15 working days.. This may also change due to external contractors (Skoda NZ) doing the air bag refit to your vehicle as we have to work with their timing and work load.
Hope this is helpful and sorry for the long duration This is just the process.

I am one very happy customer.
I was in this morning to pay for a WOF. We discussed an issue whereby I was told a full service had been completed and would cost $200 before any WOF work had been done or advised.
The outcome of the WOF and additional service was a large bill. I felt I had not confirmed I wanted the service but was being charged for it.
There had been some issues with communication and I accept part of that is my responsibility.
Nevertheless, I really appreciated that you listened to what I said and
ultimately split the service labour costs with me. This showed good faith and ensures I will be coming back in future.
The car is also looking great inside – thank you for the clean.
In the end I’m a happy customer and I’ll see you again soon.

Where others had told me that there was nothing wrong, you took me seriously when I talked about the intermittent problems starting the car, and you kept me informed of the options along the way. I just wanted to say thanks for the great job on my Terrano. The price came in well under the quote (which was a nice suprise in itself), and becasue we’d chosen the cheaper route I expected there’d be an obvious difference in the areas that you worked on compared to the rest of the paint, but there’s not, it looks great.
I’ll definetly be coming back if I need to!

While waiting in your reception area it gave me a chance to observe your operation and I was impressed, from the acknowledgment that I had arrived to pick up my car, the very tidy reception area and also looking into your workshop on how organised it was. Also your very friendly approach towards your clients.
Hopefully I never have to return, however should I require panel beater in the future I will have no hesitation in returning to use your services and I will be recommending your services to my friends and clients.
